PulseTV Drop Shipping Program - Terms and Conditions

Thank you for choosing PulseTV to provide you with your drop shipping needs. We ask that you carefully read the following terms and conditions required for this service.

Benefits of Drop Shipping:

• We purchase the inventory so you have zero upfront costs and zero risk
• We pick, pack, and ship, saving you postage and trips to the post office
• You only pay for the product after it has been sold and the order confirmed
• Our low all-in prices will help you make money and save you time and energy
• We offer a wide variety of products to choose from
• We handle customer service in-house, but refunds must be processed by you, the reseller

Conditions for Products to be drop shipped:

• Resellers must fill out a Credit Card Authorization Form and provide a valid Credit Card, held on file and only charged upon order
• All products drop shipped by PulseTV must be paid for in full by you, the reseller, before we ship to the end user
• Marketers are prohibited from marketing PulseTV products in the following marketplaces: Amazon, Rakuten, and New Egg.
• Orders without valid customers email addresses will result in a $5 per order surcharge.
• Must provide end users email address to process the order
• 30 days of Inactivity will lead to termination

Drop Shipping Fees Include:

• Product Cost
• Pick & Pack Fulfillment Cost
• Postage Cost
• Packaging Cost
• Packing Slip
• A 4% Credit Card Fee will be charged upon order
• No Hidden Fees!

Sales Tax:

• Sales Tax is the responsibility of you, the reseller.
• Certificate of Resale ID # must be provided (only in Illinois) for tax exemption
• It is the responsibility of the drop shipper to charge state tax for any package that is being shipped to the state to which they are based. It is also the responsibility of the drop shipper to charge IL State tax to any package of theirs that is being shipped to IL because PulseTV.com is an IL based company.

Shipping Method:

• All Orders Ship Within 1 Business Day Via Standard USPS
• Will provide tracking via email with a link to track all shipments.
• Products are only available for shipping in the contiguous 48 states. Any other orders will be cancelled.

Return/Cancelation Policy:

• For returns, PulseTV will credit reseller ONLY for product cost.
• Since we use automed order processing, we are unable to cancel or modify your order once it has been submitted.
• PulseTV.com is not responsile for fraudulent orders. It is the responsibility of our customers to verify billing information before placing the order.

Customer Service:

• The end user will be instructed to contact you, the reseller, for any issues.
• PulseTV offers complimentary customer service for product questions and help for resellers.

Sales Assets:

• You, the reseller, will have access to our product copy, pictures, and videos to help you market the products
• Marketer warrants they will not make marketing claims beyond that which PulseTV makes on its website.

Stock Availability:

• PulseTV will update the resellers page daily. We strongly encourage you to check the page often because new products are always being added and out of stock items removed. If any item should fall below 10 pieces, we highly recommend you remove the item from your site.
• Products are subject to change at any time, but 5 new products will be added every otehr week

Termination of Service:

• PulseTV retains the right to terminate the Drop Shipping service at any time.
• Seller acknowledges that PulseTV retains the right to remarket to customers.
• Reseller is responsible for following any Terms & Conditions of platforms they market products on.
• PulseTV has the right to change or update terms and conditions at any time.
