I grew up watching and listening to Doris Day.
Our family was a fan of her movies and I think my mom had just about every record she ever made!
When I found this DVD I was thrilled. It is from Doris' delightful TV special which aired on CBS in 1971. It is also known as "The Doris Mary Anne Kappelhoff Special" That is Doris' real name.
It is non-stop singing, dancing and fun! Some of the songs included were "Sentimental Journey," "Hurry, It's Lovely Up Here," "Both Sides Now," "The 59th Street Bridge Song (Feelin' Groovy)" and "Ob-La-Di, Ob-La-Da."
