    Amazing for the money
    I wasnt expecting  much from these bought 2 based upon the price.  But i was pleasantly surprised to find them very sharp.  Yup, they do cut that tomato!

    Very sharp. Cut through all my veggies with ease. It looks like plastic, so we store it in a plastic sleeve to protect it and keep from getting accidentally cut by it. Suggest that it be sold with a protective sleeve.

    These knives are incredible and the price is incredible.  They are very sharp which means you have to be very careful.  Use the chef way of cutting with ends of fingers pointing inward to what you are cutting and keeping tips of fingers protected.

    We love, love these knives.  They are sharp and we use them for everything.  Glad we ordered two and hope to buy several for friends.  These stay sharp.  Hand wash and dont mess them up by putting them in the dishwasher.  Treat them like you would a much more expensive set of knives.  You wont be disappointed.

    Didnt think it would be so good...
    I own some of the high end name brand chefs knifes.  I am a big fan of the santoku style.   I decided to try a few of these out more for taking on trips and such.  Little did I know when I ordered how good these actually are.  SHARP, and very easy to use.   Dont know how these arent more expensive, but they work as well as the name brand knifes I have in my kitchen.  The price is insane, so I stocked up to give some as gifts.

    Terrific Knife
    My only complaint is that they dont offer a paring knife of the same quality to go with this great knife.  I use it for almost everything.  It doesnt work so well on fresh bread but is great when the bread is frozen.  Not being a professional chef, I tend to expect a knife to do multi-duties and this one does just that.

    Great Knife to have
    This knife is very sharp and I have used it to cut up lots of fruits and vegetable for juicing. I bought a gigantic watermelon and I was able to cut through it no problem.  Be careful if you have never used a knife like this before. I knicked myself a little the first time I used it. I didnt realize it was that sharp. After that, I havent had a problem using it. It has good handle to grasp onto without slipping and cuts easily. Follow instructions. Not used to cut bones of poulty or beef.

    More than expected
    I have purchased several very expensive chef type knives so I did not expect a knife at this price to be much. I was wrong. I am glad I purchased 2 because I am giving one as a gift. It is used everyday for chopping veggies and still like a razor. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because I have only had it about 3 weeks.

    Excellent cutting power
    This is a great knife!  Far better than the price would suggest.  I ordered one a few months ago to test it out, and was so impressed that I wanted to order several more as gifts. Unfortunately, they were out of stock for a long time. But as soon as I saw they were available again, I ordered five more. They stay sharp, and do a wonderful job with many different types of food. Highly suggested and recommended!

    Very Sharp, nice balance
    Needed a knife the family could use, so they stay away from my professional knives.  Holds an edge, comfortable to use and so far seems indestructible.  Tomatoes and limes dont seem to effect the edge.

    This is one great knife!
    I had my reservations on whether this would really be as good as has been touted on commercials, but let me tell you, its fabulous!  I use it every day and more times than once.  This is another product where I was so impressed that I bought one for my best friend as well, and she has been raving about it ever since.  I might note that she has RA and heavy knives or anything for that matter in her hands is painful, and the first thing she said to me was that it was soooo light and just slid through veggies and meats. It is now the go-to knife for both of us.  Remember, do NOT cut through bones; treat it well and youll have it forever.

    Copper Santoku Chiefs Knife
    This is a really nice little chefs knife.  Sharp, easy to use for those small jobs in food prep.  I mostly use my full size chiefs knife but this in an excellent knife with an unbeatable price.

    Outstanding knife
    I prepare around 15 to 25 lbs of veggies every afternoon  cut them up to process them in a chopper to feed 36 ducks and six Toulouse geese. The Santoku knife goes through them as if I were cutting thru butter.  I am very happy with it.

    Super Slicer
    Having used copper knives before, I was prepared to find this one, much larger than any of my other copper knives, to be a nice addition to our kitchen utensils. I wasnt prepared for the ease with which it aced even the most difficult cutting assignments. It goes through citrus with speed and accuracy. I highly recommend it.

    Copper clad Chefs Knife
    Knife does as advertised cheese does not stick to the knife when slicing, it was sharp out of the box and appears to stay sharp, but knife sharpeners will work on this knife, I am satisfied and gave one to my brother as a gift.
