Right now I've been using it as a basic covering when I need to be out in public for a quick trip - just pull it up from the bottom of your neck to cover your nose and mouth. That's it!
Of course, this is not as reliable as the KN95 masks or disposable ones, but this is amazing in a pinch. Plus it's machine-washable so you can safely clean it after use.
Keep one in your car in case you forgot or run out of your disposable masks. Or if you want to go for a quick run, take the dog out, or go for a hike: the Chilly Wrap is MUCH lighter and less constricting than a traditional mask.
